Guarantee and Returns
Jewels & Desires offer a 10 day, money back satisfaction guarantee, on all products except earrings - for hygiene reasons.
To claim this guarantee please return the goods to me in perfect unworn condition in their original packaging within 10 days. Upon receipt of the goods your original purchase price will be refunded, excluding postage.
If goods arrive in a damaged condition or look like they have been tampered with, sign for them as "Damaged" on the consignment note, then inform me immediately. You will need to return both the damaged packaging and its contents to get a replacement. If there are missing or incorrect goods it will be your responsibility to notify me by email within 48 hours of receipt.
All items are checked before dispatch but if you receive a faulty item, this includes earrings, please email me with the details then return the goods in their original packaging and I will send out a replacement. I can not replace goods until I have received the original. I cannot refund or replace an item that is broken for reasons other than manufacturing defects or has been lost whilst you were wearing it!
