Delivery

Delivery of items will normally be made within 2-7 working days from clearance of payment. If you need an item urgently contact me and I will ty my best to oblige.

There are two types of delivery and charges will be based on the value of the items purchased:

First Class Recorded Delivery : the package will need to be signed for and has a maximum compensation of £39 if it is lost or damaged.

Special Delivery : the package needs to be signed for and is trackable online. Delivery is Monday to Friday excluding Bank and Public holidays. The compensation is up to £500 if the package is lost or damaged.

Delivery costs are as follows, based on the total cost of your order:

If the packaging looks damaged or tampered with, sign for as "Damaged" and inform me immediately. If this is not done I cannot claim compensation and will be unable to replace the item.

If goods are returned to me because of an incorrect/incomplete address or failure to attempt to deliver 3 times there will be a re-delivery charge equal to the amount initially paid plus a £5 handling charge.

Any dates specified for the delivery of the goods are approximate and I shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the goods. If the item is unavailable I will notify you of this position and provide a full refund or suggest an alternative item. For delays of more than 28 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and I will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

Unfortunately these prices only cover UK (excluding Channel Islands) addresses so if you are interested in purchasing an item to be sent outside the UK please get in touch & I will give you a quote for postage. I am sorry but I cannot deliver to P.O box addresses.
