Ordering

Please order your items by using the "add to cart" button on the appropriate page. When you have completed your order and go to the checkout page you will be automatically redirected through to Paypal for the final secure payment.

Payment needs to clear before the goods are despatched. If you wish to pay by cheque please email me with the details of your order, this will delay delivery whilst the cheque clears.

If for some reason the item is out of stock I will inform you of the expected delay and you can decide whether this is acceptable or not, if it is unacceptable your payment will be refunded.

If you require a refund because you have made an incorrect order, changed your mind or there are other problems I reserve the right to charge a handling fee which will be deducted from your refund.

Jewels & Desires reserves the right to cancel any order without cause or reason and refund the payment.
